This mods affects the number of welcome wagoners (the neighbor who come to our house each we start a new game). The changes as below:
None: 0 sims (that's right, no more welcome wagon)
Less: 1-2 sims
More: 4-8 sims

ReplyDeleteYa know, since I started playing LN, I don't have these annoying friendly neighbours anymore. Yet I mainly keep my sims in high rises, haven't tried the houses.

ReplyDeleteI've only ever gotten a welcome wagon in the unpatched basegame,from patch no.1 through Late Night I haven't gotten one since,hmmmmm......

ReplyDeleteI get the welcome wagon on the rare occasion, but more often than not, i'm left alone. And that's when I have a lot of neighbours nearby, and living in a house. No one's ever tried it at an apartment, though. Thank god. xD
