  2. is this gonna be high poly with all those dreads..or...? I don't want my computer to explode

  3. I love this! Really hoping it doesn't look bad in my game. A few of his hairs have, so I've crossed my fingers.

  4. Love this! Thanks so much for converting more ethnic hairs!

  5. These are the first dreads I've seen that aren't horrible, too thin, or a giant ridiculous ponytail. I don't like that thing on the back of the head, though. :(

  6. Cue Precious Sims making a Sim with this hair in 3... 2... 1...

  7. wow this looks really nice

  8. Beautiful! Kinda worried about polys though. Ah well, it's worth it! :D I really hope it gets converted for men!

  9. To me, the dreads look like long sausage rolls. =/ But nice attempt.

  10. For those that are wondering - I just looked it up, and Nouk's original version has a polycount of 6029.

  11. This one converted pretty well.

  12. I LOOVE THIS!!! thank you, thank you, that you!

  13. But S3 poly counts are roughly doubled because of undersides which makes this about 12k (depends on how savio did the undersides though.... it's probably lower) not terrible

  14. No go for sausage rolls.

  15. Ech. Not a fan of dreads. Especially these. :P No offense Savio :D

  16. Awesome to see another nice dread style for the game. I'll definitely be using this. Thanks!

  17. oMG LOVE IT. Wish youd used a black model tho.

  19. I missed conversions of Nouk's hairs. There are lots of them that don't translate well to TS3 anyways, so I don't blame you converters.

This hair looks good, it's nice having some new dreads.

    Thanks, Sávio :D

  20. i'm not even a huge fan of dreads but anything to show some afro genetics in the sims, gotta love that this sim looks mixed btw, thank you!

  21. These look awesome! Thank you Savio! I've got a sim that needs these.

  22. I've never liked how people portray dreads. They're not uniform thickness sausages, they're mattled, knotted clumps of hair.

These dreads always remind me of aliens.

  23. It's hard to see what the hair really looks like since it's so dark. I'd like to see it in a lighter color to check out the textures...
It looks like it could be pretty though.

  24. Nvm...brilliant one here actually clicked the link to the site. I'm not crazy about this one. Oh, well.

  25. Thank you! I'm not a fan of dreads but since there is such a lack of hair that isn't straight and plain I'll definatly download it.

  26. Savio you are my hero!! Will def be downloading this! Thanks for converting more ethnic hair! :)

  27. Savio, ignore the morons..I have dreads and they are , uniform, pencil size and clean. Typical ignorance on the hairstyle where everyone should have Euro hair. Stopped playing sims3 cause there were no ethnic styles and got boring. Please , Please make more ethnic hair. More people appreciate you than don't.

  28. UUUEW Y DO YOUGUYS LIKE THIS?!

    ReplyDelete
  29. I like the design of it but the dreads themselves look weird: like sausages, as someone previously mentioned. BUT YAY FOR MORE DREADS!

  30. I NEED more afrocentric styles so this is greatly appreciated. I think the only thing I would like different on this hair is if the top of the head were less flat. Like if it poofed up a little on top. Anyway, nice job!

  31. is this anubis's model?

    ReplyDelete
  32. I had thin twists once, and I recall styling it like that. Ok... I'll download it, I don't have a lot of ethnic hairs.

    It's cool.

    ReplyDelete
  33. "is this anubis's model?"

    No? lol

    And thanks guys. :D

    Btw, this hair's 5873 polys. :)

  34. I've never liked how people portray dreads. They're not uniform thickness sausages, they're mattled, knotted clumps of hair.

Well, in cartoonish stuff, it makes sense to make them more as big floppy tubes of hair...not to mention I think people would prefer the toon version over gross matted hair logs :p

  35. Yay!!! So my computer wont explode!! Thank you thank you thank you!! If you could make more "ethnic" hairs that would be soo cool too. BTW why does everyone call them "ethnic" hairs...ethnic does not mean black. Everyone has an ethnicity, not just the darker skinned ones.

And if there are more pretty curly hairs I will be a happy girl and buy you presents :D
