  1. I love this. It doesn't give the sims a giant head and it's cute.

  2. This is freakin' cute. My love for Newsea is now restored.

  3. It's cute. I wish it was for females though. There aren't any short boy cuts (er I mean hardly any) for girls but there are tons of long femaleish ones for boys.

  11. Realistic male hair + Free = Epic win!

I like a lot of Newsea hair but the fact that it's from TSR just sucks.... Why'd she have to move :'(

  16. "I loved this hair, it's very cute. Anubis would you mind to pooklet it!?"

There is nothing wrong with this texture.

And if you knew how to read, you would see Anubis has said over and over again that he doesn't do ANY TSR hairs.

  17. "There is nothing wrong with this texture."

    There isn't, I just prefer Pooklet's.

"And if you knew how to read, you would see Anubis has said over and over again that he doesn't do ANY TSR hairs."

I am not very active in this blog so excuse me if I did not knew that.
Why people assume things that they have no idea of? Geez...

  18. Just reading the comments at TSR on this hair, it is amazing to me the amount of sheeple that populate that community.

The morons are all squeeing "OMG NEWSEA I LUV U, U MADE A FREE HAIR, PLZ MAKE MOAR FREE!" when if they had enough of a mind of their own to look outside of the TSR bubble, they'd know where to get ALL his hairs for free.

Then you'll see the idiots saying on pay items, "I finally convinced my mom to let me get a subscription!" I wish parents would be more careful before they are suckered into letting their dumb kids run up their credit cards. Why waste your parents' money on virtual content to begin with, especially when you can get it for free?

  19. Found the hair @ the exchange if anyone is interested: http://www.thesims3.com/assetDetail.html?assetId=2594617

Sorry, I don't know how to extract it from the download. :(

  20. It really is sad how TSR sucks so many suckers that really don't know anything else about CC. I mean it's not the actual stuff on there that bugs me it's just the sleaziness of the place, CC should NOT be made a business. I understand asking for donations (Real ones) or releasing the occasional pay set (Liana) but TSR simply takes it too far, not to mention the trackers, the hackings and the other problems.

  21. This is the first Newsea hair that I liked ever since he moved to TSR... I'm hoping that it doesn't look like a bunch of crap ingame.

    ReplyDelete
  22. Eh, it's alright. I'll wait for someone to extract the package file and post.

    ReplyDelete
  23. Wait, I'm confused. I downloaded and installed it, but it's not showing up in game.

  24. ^ oh the joys of TSR content

  25. You know..if people want to pay for Peggy or for TSR, it is their choice. Calling them names is rather immature, don't you think? Oops, I just called you names for doing something that is your choice. I apologize.

The truth hurts, doesn't it? Mindless, gullible sheep.

  27. You guys DO know that before a paid item is available for the sharing community it was once paid to get it.
Unless the person hacked into the server the file was hosted and downloaded it.

  28. YES! YES! YES! LOVE IT! IS FREE!

  29. This hair reminds me of that old cazy hair:
    http://www.ladyfrontbum.com/wp-content/gallery/min-joon-kwon/minjoon4.jpg

Was cazy's originally a newsea conversion or something? (she's removed it from her blog recently)

    ReplyDelete
  30. ^ That hair was originally made by Newsea for Sims 2 and Cazy converted it. That hair, however, isn't Newsea's newest hair. Newsea already converted that hair and it's up at the Booty under the name "Fox".

  31. "You guys DO know that before a paid item is available for the sharing community it was once paid to get it."

Yes, but other option is there? Nobody is bashing the people who are generous enough to buy the content and share with the community, they're bashing the paysites themselves.

Hacking into websites is a pretty big deal, and although he's a cranky old bastard, Pescado (who officially runs PMBD) has never endorsed hacking.

    ReplyDelete
  32. Ah cheers for that, anon.
I wonder if this is why cazy removed it entirely, because newsea was converting it him/herself.

  33. Roy, as in Roy Mustang? :D
    Oh lord, FMA deprivation...*scuttles off*
Excellent hair, Newsea; I'm really impressed ;)

  34. i love newsea hair..! its such a shame that i'd have to purchase it to use.. i love em but none of its worth money. such a shame people choose to exploit the programs created for us to share such creations
