  1. I don't see Garden of Eden at all. Just a nice park.

  3. Hi, I really appreciate that you feature my lots here, but it's armiel, not arm, thank you. I'm not a body part :D

  4. doesn't look any different than a normal park, unless that's what the creator had in mind

  5. Well since so many people have issues with the name I better just explain it. It's a "garden' because there a lots of fruit trees and other gardening related plants and 'of eden" 'coz I had just had a talk about Adam and Eve with my son. If you still have problems with the name I don't care. It's my park, and I name it the way I wan't. Would have called it for example armiel's pretty park, but that's so lame.

And thanks for the name change. *Feels like a whole human again.. :D*

  6. If you really didn't care then your response would not have been so defensive. When people think of the Garden of Eden they have a certain image in mind. Your park doesn't fit it. Simple as that. It doesn't negate the work that you put into it and the fact that it's a nice park.

  7. Like I said: "If you STILL have problems with the name, I don't care."

  8. Armiel: I'm glad you don't care if people don't like the name. You should be able to name your creations any way you want (and for what it's worth, it makes sense to me, and the park is lovely). But, unless I'm misinterpreting your intended tone, Shadow_Riv is right: your comment came across as overly defensive and very rude, making it look like you actually care quite a lot and are willing to jump down people's throats about it just for making an innocent comment. Creators have every right to defend themselves against trolls and haters, but I haven't seen any of that in this thread...just a couple of people saying they didn't feel the name matched the lot itself. Nobody said anything negative at all except that the name didn't quite make sense to them; of the two people who said that (which you erroneously referred to as "so many people"), one still took the time to compliment the park, and the other was fairly ambivalent. There's no reason to cop a nasty attitude.

You made a very nice lot and I think it's great that you read and respond to the comments left here. You shouldn't have to change a damn thing about your work, and you shouldn't have to bend to the desires of commenters and anons, either. But at the same time...you don't have to be rude about it. We're not all here to be friends with every anon we come across, but a less defensive attitude will save you stress, if nothing else. If you can't even accept legit comments that aren't 100% glowing, how do you handle trolls?

  9. It's a pretty park, the name works for me. I agree with lastanon though.

  10. Very pretty park. It's very natural-looking but not wild so it will fit into a lot of different neighborhoods. Thanks!

  11. I'm sorry, I didn't mean to sound rude.

In that I really have to defend my self because I don't really have a full vocabulary(?) in english, since it's not my own language. And I don't really trust on google translator either...

I was over defensive I guess, sorry about that.

About what I said about many people complaining was about many people on many different forums, not just this blog.

And no, I don't wanna jump on peoples throats. I make hasty decisions on choosing words and have a bad habit on saying first, thinking after.

See, again I'm defending, hopefully it doesn't sound so rude or attacking this time, coz I am right now actually thinking what I am about to say..

Thanks for the kick on the butt.. *going to take some english behaving lessons..*
